Cancellation Policy

At Carnegie Dental Group we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected changes your way. If you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

We strive to provide all of our patients with exceptional care and personalised attention. When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, it can disrupt our schedule and prevent other patients from receiving the care they need. Therefore, we have implemented the following policy regarding late cancellations and no-shows:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a fee being charged to your account.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at 95719016 during business hours. If you need to cancel outside of our office hours, you can leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as we reopen.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from providing us with the required notice. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
